I woke at 0700 and nursed Eis, then got ready for Zumba. I was so painfully tired, but I went anyway because I needed to work out. It was pretty good, I had to try to focus because I was sleepy and kept forgetting to pay attention.
I got home, showered, dressed, then fed Eisley. I put her down for a nap, then left for my spine appointment with Dr. P. They saw me pretty quick once I arrived. He showed me my MRI and told me I have a small labral tear in my left shoulder.
As you can see, the labrum is where the "ball" of the shoulder "rests." It explains the pain I've been having...
Anyway, I scheduled a steroid shot for my shoulder for tomorrow. I also have a refined set of instructions for physical therapy, which I'll go back to next week. I should have a few visits to rehab left by the time Ty gets home. I would like him to go with me to a visit or two, so he can see how she maneuvers me to fix my back.
When I got home, I moved the carseat and Mom, Eis, and I headed out to Heights to drop off some of our stuff. Eis napped on the way and we spend an hour and a half at the house just hanging out and playing with Eis.
We stopped by Mama Fu's on the way home to pick up dinner. Eis hadn't napped since the drive up to Heights, so she was a bit frantic when we got home. She wouldn't nap, so I bathed her, fed her, then put her down. I have a feeling she'll be up fairly early, but 'tis the joy of daylight savings.
