Day 277: Tuesday

I got to go to Zumba this morning because my Dad didn't golf until 1130.  My body was so achey and it took a lot of effort to move.  Unfortunately, my shoulder was aching something fierce, too.

Unfortunately, during one of my night wakings, I really had the sensation that something was "wrong" with my shoulder, as opposed to the generic pain that I usually have.  It's been getting worse over the past couple weeks and I have been able to really pinpoint the pain within my shoulder after getting injections last week.

I wonder if getting the injections numbed the pain and made me hurt it worse? I doubt it because I don't recall doing anything that would have injured it since last week... unless lifting 16 pounds repeatedly all day and night long counts :(

Once I got home, I got dinner in the crockpot, then fed Eis when she woke from her nap.  We played for a while, then she went down for a second nap around 1345.  She woke up an hour later and we got in the car to run a couple errands.

We went to CVS to pick up Eisley's prescription for her rash.  Then we went to HEB to pick up stuff for dinner this week.  Eis rode in the cart and had a jolly time.  I think she enjoys being up high and able to see so much more than in the stroller.  She also likes to touch the bars on the cart -- after I've wiped them down, of course.

I'm tired of being in pain and wish I could get a good work out. Being barefoot on the rubber floor is just not conducive to a good workout from Zumba.  There can be zero twisting, like there needs to be.

Tomorrow I have an early rehab, so hopefully she can try to mash away some pain or feel if there are bones out of place.
