Oh, yeah, yesterday, at Zumba, she didn't have me teach any routines because she had more than three people in the class... wasted my time practicing Wednesday, apparently. Ugh.
Anyway, woke up, nursed Eis, showered, then had some breakfast. I got Eis dressed for the doctor, then we took Puck out to potty before we headed out. I didn't even have time to sit in a chair in the waiting room before we were called back.
I changed her diaper, took her clothes off, then she got weighed: 15.6lbs and 26" long. She's in the 38% for weight and 60% for height, so she's tall and skinny for her age. I wish I could say the same for myself! Anyway, Dr. E checked her out and had no insight to the poor sleeping -- go figure -- and said I'm doing everything I should be doing. The nurses came in and gave Eis her shots, then we were outta there.
While we were waiting for Dr. E and the nurses. Eis enjoyed pulling on the paper that covers the exam table because it crinkles. She would pull on it and kick it as much as she could:
I let her finish her carseat nap when we got home, then fed her once we got inside. Then I gave her some baby Tylenol and she sat in my lap for about 20 minutes. I decided she seemed tired, so I put her in her crib and after about 15 minutes, she started nodding off. She ended up sleeping for an hour and forty-five minutes, which was like three and a half naps for her.
She had some dinner and did some whining the rest of the evening. However, it was too early to put her down, so Dad held her and she nodded off for about 15 minutes before I bathed her and put her down for the evening.
Yesterday, I was eating and took a chunk out of my lip. It's been fairly swollen, and therefore difficult to not re-injure. It sure hurt like the dickens...
Yesterday, Eis was in her jumperoo and was sucking on any part of her Bebo that she could get into her mouth. For a while she was sucking on his tail and cracking me up.
